Air Freshener Solutions offers a flexible cancellation policy to give you as much opportunity as possible to cancel orders before they ship. To cancel an order please email info@airfreshenersolutions.com (please include email and order number).
We also offer 30 day free returns on any fragrance purchases made through us. If you are unhappy with your fragrance we can process a full refund as long as the fragrance is returned full. We do not allow refunds for partially used fragrance containers.

You can cancel your order before it has shipped, please email info@airfreshenersolutions.com (please include email and order number). We usually fulfill orders quickly, if your order is already shipped we are unable to cancel your order.
